This Privacy Policy describes how Teleclinic Holdings LLC ("TeleClinic", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about visitors to tele.clinic and users of our telehealth services. Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, and IP address.

Health information: Medical history, current medications, weight, height, and other clinical information you provide in our intake questionnaire. This information is also protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.

Payment information: Credit card details are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers. We retain billing records and transaction history.

Usage data: Browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and clickstream data collected via cookies and analytics tools.

Communications: Records of messages you send to our support team or through the patient portal.

2. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

— Facilitate your telehealth consultation and connect you with an independent licensed physician

— Process your prescription and coordinate fulfillment with our partner compounding pharmacies

— Send you order confirmations, shipping notifications, and prescription renewal reminders

— Respond to your support inquiries and care team messages

— Improve our website, services, and clinical workflows

— Comply with legal obligations, including state telehealth regulations and pharmacy law

— Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary:

Independent physicians: Your health intake information is shared with the independent licensed physician assigned to your case for purposes of clinical evaluation and prescribing.

Compounding pharmacies: Prescription information is transmitted to our licensed 503A partner pharmacies for fulfillment.

Service providers: We use third-party vendors for payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These vendors are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. Types of cookies we use:

Essential cookies: Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@tele.clinic and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and periodic security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence (e.g., sharing login credentials).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
