1. Shipping costs

All TeleClinic prescription orders ship free of charge, including initial orders and all refills. There are no minimum order values. Shipping is currently only available within the contiguous United States and the following additional states where our services are licensed.

2. Shipping timelines

Once your prescription is approved by a physician and processed by our partner pharmacy, your order will ship within 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

Total estimated time from approval to delivery: 3–7 business days. Most patients receive their first order within 5 business days of physician approval.

Shipping timelines do not include the physician review period (typically 24–48 hours from intake submission).

3. Packaging and discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outside of the package does not reference TeleClinic, any medication name, or any health-related content. The return address will display the name of our partner pharmacy, which is required by pharmacy law.

Injectable medications are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging (insulated packaging and ice packs) when required. Please refrigerate injectable medications immediately upon receipt, as directed in your prescription instructions.

4. Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. For questions about your shipment, contact support@tele.clinic or (917) 772-9936.

5. Refills and auto-shipment

Your prescription is set to auto-refill on a 30-day cycle, subject to completing your monthly check-in with your physician. If your check-in is not completed within 5 days of the due date, your refill may be delayed until your physician can review your progress. You will receive email reminders ahead of your check-in date.

6. Missed or lost deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours (packages sometimes scan before delivery) and check with neighbors and building management. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@tele.clinic with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement shipment.

7. Address changes

To update your shipping address, contact support@tele.clinic at least 48 hours before your next shipment date. Address changes cannot be applied to orders already in transit.

8. States not currently served

We are currently unable to ship to California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. We are actively working to expand our service area. See our State Availability page for the current list.
