Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Because our products are prescription medications, our refund policy is governed by federal and state pharmacy regulations in addition to our standard business practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Prescription medication — general policy

For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or used prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded under federal and state pharmacy law. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Refunds for medications are therefore issued only in specific circumstances described below.

2. When refunds are issued

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

Not prescribed: If a physician reviews your intake and determines you do not qualify for treatment, you will not be charged for the medication. If a charge was processed before the determination, it will be refunded within 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect shipment: If your order arrives damaged, compromised (e.g., broken cold chain for an injectable), or contains the wrong medication or dosage, we will reship at no charge or issue a full refund at your preference. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Non-delivery: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier and a replacement cannot be arranged within 10 business days, a full refund will be issued.

Pharmacy or dispensing error: If our partner pharmacy makes a compounding or dispensing error, we will issue a full refund or reship the corrected medication at our discretion.

3. Subscription cancellation refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial subscription months, except in the following circumstances:

— You cancel within 24 hours of initial enrollment and no medication has been dispensed

— Your physician discontinues your treatment for medical reasons before the end of a billing period

— A qualifying technical or billing error occurred on our end

4. Consultation fees

If your state requires a physician consultation fee separate from the medication subscription, this fee is non-refundable once the physician has reviewed your intake, regardless of the prescribing outcome.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@tele.clinic with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (or, for non-delivery, within 14 days of the expected delivery date). Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your credit card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@tele.clinic — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
