Important notes

1.

These schedules represent standard clinical protocols. Your physician may adjust your dose based on your individual tolerance, weight loss progress, and medical history.

2.

If you experience significant side effects (persistent nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain), contact your physician before your next injection. Do not increase your dose if tolerability is an issue.

3.

Dose titration is not automatic — your monthly check-in with your physician is required to advance to the next dose level.

4.

Injections are subcutaneous (under the skin), typically administered in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate injection sites to reduce local reactions.

5.

Missed dose: if you miss a dose, inject as soon as you remember (within 5 days for semaglutide, within 4 days for tirzepatide). If more time has passed, skip and resume your regular weekly schedule. Do not double dose.
